PT Graduate....

So back in April on the fifteenth I dislocated my knee. I finally finished my last physical therapy appointment! My knee is healing and I'm doing my best to keep it on the mend. I wear the brace for strenuous activities and when I know I might be bending and twisting lots.
It is so nice to have it not hurt constantly and to be able to do some of the simple things we take for granted.

Bye bye Buddy and Buster... hope that I don't ever need you again!
